- Voice Data: When you use the voice conversation feature, voice data is temporarily collected for Speech-to-Text (STT) conversion. Collected voice data is immediately destroyed after conversion to text and is not stored on our servers.

- Device Information: For service optimization, error checking, and prevention of unauthorized use, device model name, OS version, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), etc., may be automatically collected.

- Payment and Service Usage Records: To verify in-app purchases and manage subscription status, Google Play payment receipt information and service usage records (such as energy balance) are collected.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

- Service Provision and Management: Providing AI character conversation services, implementing STT/TTS features.

- Service Improvement and Statistics: Analyzing service usage patterns for feature optimization and service quality improvement.

- Marketing and Advertising: Serving rewarded ads (AdMob) and managing premium subscription benefits.

- Customer Support: Delivering service-related announcements and processing inquiries or complaints.

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

The Company retains personal information only while the user uses the application. In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.

- Locally Stored Data (Chat history, Energy info, etc.): Automatically deleted from the device when the app is uninstalled.

- Anonymous Device Identifiers and Advertising Identifiers: Retained and discarded according to the policies of the relevant services (AdMob, Google Play).

4. Provision to Third Parties and Entrustment

To provide smooth service, the Company may entrust information to or utilize the following external services:

- OpenAI: Text data may be transmitted for AI conversation generation, but this is processed anonymously.

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Advertising identifiers may be used to display customized and rewarded ads.

- Google Play Billing: Payment information is processed by Google for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

- Android System (STT/TTS): Utilizes Android system libraries for voice conversion features.

5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

- Users can choose whether to watch rewarded ads within the Service or refuse the collection of advertising identifiers through device settings.

- Users can immediately destroy all locally stored data on their device by deleting the app.

- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the subscription management menu in the Google Play Store.

6. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

The Company does not use cookies in the service but may selectively utilize advertising identifiers for ad delivery. Users can refuse this at any time through device settings.
