MSSTUDIO (“MSSTUDIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Android mobile game Beauty Puzzle: Summer Party! (the “Game”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, or shared when you install, access, or use the Game.
By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request your consent before processing relevant information.

2. Overview of the Game
Beauty Puzzle: Summer Party! is a puzzle and image-collection game. Players complete puzzles to unlock and collect summer-themed images.
The Game may include:
Jigsaw puzzle gameplay
A local collection gallery
Optional image saving to the device gallery
Banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements
Optional purchases such as ad removal or other digital products
Downloadable puzzle images provided through Firebase services
The Game does not currently require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or profile information.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The Game stores certain gameplay information locally on your device using an on-device database and internal app storage.
This information may include:
IDs of images you have collected
Information about the currently active puzzle
Puzzle piece order and completion progress
Local file paths for downloaded puzzle images
Game preferences, such as sound, music, and vibration settings
Ad-removal or entitlement status cached by the Game

Unless otherwise stated, this information remains on your device and is not independently uploaded by MSSTUDIO.
You can generally remove locally stored information by clearing the Game’s app data or uninstalling the Game. Uninstalling the Game may permanently delete locally stored progress and downloaded images unless a separate backup feature is introduced.
4. Puzzle Images and Firebase Services
The Game uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, to provide puzzle images and related metadata.
Information retrieved from Firebase may include:
Total number of available images
Image identification numbers
Image file names
Image download URLs
Image file sizes
Image creation or update timestamps
Image storage paths
When a puzzle image is selected, the Game may download it from Firebase and save it in the Game’s internal storage. After the initial download, the Game may use the locally stored copy to reduce repeated network requests.
Firebase and its underlying infrastructure may automatically process technical information necessary to provide content, maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Such information may include IP addresses, app instance information, device information, and request logs.
MSSTUDIO does not use Firebase to collect user-submitted photos or personal image libraries under the current version of the Game.
5. Advertising
The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertising formats may include:
Banner advertisements
Interstitial advertisements
Rewarded video advertisements
Rewarded advertisements are optional advertisements that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as a hint, reward, bonus, or permission to save certain content without a separate payment.

Where required by law, personalized advertisements will only be served after the required consent has been obtained. You may instead receive non-personalized or limited advertisements depending on your choices, age, region, device settings, and applicable law.

You may also be able to limit or reset advertising identifiers through your Android device settings.

Payments are processed through Google Play and not directly by MSSTUDIO.
MSSTUDIO does not receive or store your full credit-card number, bank-account details, or Google account password.

Entitlement and expiration information
This information may be processed by Google Play and may also be verified by MSSTUDIO or its backend services to prevent fraud, restore purchases, and grant purchased content.
Purchases and subscriptions are also subject to the terms, refund rules, and privacy practices of Google Play.
7. Saving Images to Your Device Gallery
The Game may allow you to save collected images to your device gallery.
Saving occurs only when you select the relevant save option. Depending on your Android version, the Game may request permission to access photos, media, or device storage.
The Game uses this access only as necessary to save the selected image. It is not intended to scan, upload, analyze, or collect unrelated photos already stored on your device.
Images saved to a shared device gallery may remain on the device after the Game is uninstalled. You can remove those images manually using your device’s gallery or file-management application.
8. Internet and Network Information
An internet connection may be required to:
Retrieve the current number of available puzzle images
Download new puzzle images
Load advertisements
Verify purchases
Restore purchases or subscriptions
Receive updated game content
When your device communicates with Firebase, Google Play, AdMob, or other service providers, those providers may automatically receive standard network and technical information, including your IP address.
9. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Under the current design of the Game, MSSTUDIO does not intentionally request or collect:

Your photographs, except for an image you explicitly choose to save from the Game to your device

12. Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until:
It is deleted through the Game, where such an option is available
You clear the Game’s app data
The Game automatically replaces or removes it
You uninstall the Game
Downloaded puzzle images may remain in the Game’s internal storage until the Game’s data is cleared or the Game is uninstalled.
Images that you save to your device’s shared gallery may remain there until you delete them manually.
Purchase records may be retained by Google Play according to Google’s legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and service requirements. MSSTUDIO may retain purchase-verification records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased benefits, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Technical information processed by advertising or cloud-service providers is retained according to those providers’ respective policies and your available privacy choices.
13. Data Security
MSSTUDIO takes reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information processed through the Game.
These measures may include:
Using encrypted network connections where supported
Storing downloaded content within app-controlled storage
Restricting database and storage access through Firebase security rules

Beauty Puzzle: Summer Party! contains mature visual themes and is not designed or directed toward children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country.
MSSTUDIO does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
